The Wild Gourd is a seasonal decorating service specializing in porch displays using pumpkins, gourds, and other autumnal décor. Our products and services are available to residents in select areas, as specified on our website.

By using our website and purchasing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information during the purchase process and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you submit an order, we will confirm its receipt via email. Full payment is required upon placing your order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods specified on the site.

Prices for products and services are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time without notice. Sales tax may be applied depending on your location. Additional fees, such as delivery or disposal charges, may apply based on the services you select and your location.

Delivery and setup are included with your order unless specified otherwise. Delivery times will be scheduled between the last week of September and the first week of November. The Wild Gourd reserves the right to change or reschedule delivery dates based on weather conditions, availability, and other unforeseen factors.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your zip code. If any restrictions apply to accessing your property (e.g., gates, limited parking), please inform us at the time of your order. We will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate information or restricted access.

No cancellations are offered once an order is placed. No refunds or exchanges are offered for completed setups unless there is a clear defect in the product or service.

If available at the time of purchase, customers may opt for our post-season pickup and disposal service, which must be added at the time of ordering. This service will be scheduled after Thanksgiving and is subject to additional fees based on your location.

As part of our services, The Wild Gourd may take photographs of the setup and décor at your property, including images of your home exterior. By purchasing our services, you grant The Wild Gourd the right to use these images for marketing, promotional purposes, and on our website and social media platforms, etc. You agree that these images may be used without compensation and that The Wild Gourd holds all rights to the photographs for its commercial use.

If you do not wish for images of your home to be used for these purposes, please notify us in writing prior to your scheduled setup.

The Wild Gourd uses natural, seasonal items such as pumpkins, gourds, and hay bales in our displays. Please note that the appearance of these items may vary due to the organic nature of the materials. We do not guarantee the longevity of any perishable items, and weather or environmental conditions may affect the display.

The Wild Gourd is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, pest issues, or damage to your property during setup or removal. By purchasing our services, you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the installation and display of our products.

All content, designs, images, logos, and other materials on The Wild Gourd website and affiliated sites (Ie: Instagram, etc) are the intellectual property of The Wild Gourd and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our written consent.

By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of personal information.
